Sass Resale Boutique, owned SOLEY BY Rebecca Vest, opened on Black Friday 2014 in Cockeysville, MD. SASS quickly became popular in the community for our designer resale consignment and WE have won 9 (2015-2025) "Best of Baltimore" awards.
We were voted as the “favorite boutique” on "Next-door". We value our relationships with sellers, shoppers and the community.
Rebecca’s focus outside of the boutique is “community” volunteering and supporting people, foundations and groups in the Hereford Zone.
Rebecca volunteers every Wednesday at the community clothes closet next to the North Cluster Food Bank off Middletown road.
She is a big supporter of My Neighbors Foundation in Hereford raising money for them and purchasing sponsorships along with her dog Mr. Chips for their fundraising events.
Rebecca also is a HUGE advocate for fellow small business owners always lending support. “ I truly LOVE being apart of the Cockeysville Community 2014-2023 and the Hereford Community Community 2023-2025” says Vest.
Unfortunately, on 6/7/2023, a fire destroyed my original location along with 18 other businesses at 10866 York Road Cockeysville MD . We love our new location in the Hereford Zone since Nov. 2, 2023 in Parkton, MD. 443-491-3454
